The founder of Casa Nostra and La Bottega Enoteca – which was awarded the Top Pizzeria in Singapore 2023 and featured on 50 Top Pizza’s Guide to the Best Pizzerias – the multi-faceted Antonio Miscellaneo brings us his latest concept: Casa Vostra. Born in Belluno amidst the Dolomites, Antonio grew up in a household that made food from scratch — from milling flour to making salame. Instilled with his family’s tradition for hosting meals for loved ones, Antonio’s genuine hospitality extends to all as a restaurateur.

NEWPOLITAN®
Twelve-inch pizzas are made fresh daily from select Italian white and brown flours, fermented using traditional methods for over 48 hours, shaped individually by our Master Pizzaiolos, and baked at 500℃ for a base that’s crispy, airy and scioglievole–or melt-in-your-mouth all at once.
PIZZA
DOUBLECRUNCH®
Authentic Italian ingredients sandwiched between two croccanti–or crunchy layers of “pizza pastry”. A high-hydration dough stretches to create a thin and bubbly texture, forming two glorious layers of almost-flaky pizza bases for that crunch on both sides. Akin to a pizza-sandwich hybrid, this is the unorthodox pizza you never knew you needed.
